Prapti Sharma is currently managing the $2.1B Southeast Connector design-build project in the Fort Worth District. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). Prapti began her TxDOT career as an Engineering Assistant in the Fort Worth District Bridge Section. In 2020, Prapti transferred to the District Construction office to oversee the procurement and implementation of alternative delivery projects.

Olivia Grenier is an Engineering Services During Construction (ESDC) Manager with Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers (KIE). She currently supports South Point Constructors, the joint venture delivering the Southeast Connector project in Fort Worth, Texas. Olivia earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University in 2018 and began her career with Kiewit that same year in Water Resources design. She progressed through increasingly complex design roles before moving into the construction side of the industry as a field engineer and project engineer. Her combined experience in both design and construction enables her to bridge the gap between the two disciplines. In her current role, she leads the post-design phase of projects by helping resolve technical challenges that arise in the field and during active construction. Originally from Portland, Oregon, Olivia has worked primarily on transportation and heavy civil projects across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado, along with additional project experience throughout North America. Her work has also included emergency flood repair efforts and contributions to the wind and solar energy sectors.
