Sarah Stubblefield serves as Strategic Initiatives Manager for the City of Arlington, where she leads research and analytics and development of the City’s capital improvements and bond programs, including the Citizens’ Bond Committee process. Her work integrates data-driven decision making, long‑range infrastructure planning, financial strategy, and community input to advance high priority capital projects.
