Reed Lanham, COO, Trinity Metro
Reed Lanham is Chief Operating Officer for Trinity Metro, overseeing the agency's bus, ridesharing, paratransit and rail operations, as well as safety and security. Since joining Trinity Metro in 2015, Reed has held several leadership positions, most recently serving as Vice President of Rail, and brings nearly 20 years of transit experience.
Reed, known for his collaborative leadership and operational focus, provides strategic leadership for agency-wide operations, future initiatives, and collaboration with regional transportation partners. He maintains strong working relationships with the Federal Railroad Administration, Federal Transit Administration and other local, state and regional agencies to advance Trinity Metro's mission of providing safe, reliable and innovative mobility solutions.
