Leah Hodge, Project Advisor, Halff Associates
Leah is a project advisor with Halff Associates. She has 22 years of engineering experience and has manages water and wastewater pipeline projects ranging from rehabilitation and relocation to new construction. Projects include water transmission and distribution mains, and wastewater collectors and interceptors ranging in size from 8- to 42-inch diameter.
Carmen Drake, Senior Construction Inspector, Fort Worth Water Department
Carmen is a senior construction inspector for the Fort Worth Water Department. In addition to her seven years of experience as a construction inspector, she has six years of experience as a code compliance officer for the city. Before joining the City of Fort Worth, Carmen worked for the Dallas Police Department.
