Chris Hamilton is the environmental manager for the environmental service group of the land development division of Westwood Professional Services. Chris oversees a diverse group of engineers, hydrologists, and scientists focused on water resources, drainage, environmental permitting, and energy projects. Chris has extensive experience with real estate transactions and land development, including environmental due diligence, environmental reviews, state and federal regulatory programs, and field investigations. Chris collaborates with landowners, brokers, and developers to evaluate their properties for development potential, based on known environmental and drainage constraints, and guides them and their projects through today’s ever-changing regulatory landscape.
