Ricardo Gonzalez is a graduate of Texas Tech University with BS in Civil Engineering. He started his career with TxDOT prior to graduating and has served in the El Paso District, Bridge Division, and the Fort Worth District in various positions with his most recent as Director of Transportation Planning and Development. He has retired from TxDOT and has recently joined Freese & Nichols as the Highway Services Leader for North Texas and supporting all offices in the state.
