Letter from the President
Hello and Welcome to the 2024-2025 ASCE year!
I am truly thrilled to serve as your ASCE Fort Worth Branch President this year, and I want to kick things off by extending my heartfelt gratitude to our Past President, Derek Baker. Derek’s dedication and enthusiasm were essential in closing out the 2023-2024 year with an outstanding golf tournament, securing our new meeting home at Joe T. Garcia’s, and helping establish our updated organization chart.
Now, I’m excited to introduce our 2024-2025 Board of Directors:
Lindsay Lafferty, PE, Baird, Hampton & Brown – Vice President
Colton Fisher, PE, Freese & Nichols – Treasurer
Peter Caravano, PE, CFM, Baird, Hampton & Brown – Secretary
Cesar Razo, EIT, Aguirre & Fields – Director
Christian Delgado, EIT, Graham Associates – Director
Kamlesh Khatri, PE, Woolpert – Director
Andrea Taylor, PE, MMA – Texas Section Director
Derek Baker, PE, Westwood – Immediate Past President
Clint Hoover, PE, City of Fort Worth – Branch Advisor
In August, our branch officers and committee chairs gathered at the Freese and Nichols office (big thanks to FNI for hosting us!) to kick off what we know will be a powerful and exciting year. Our agenda is packed with initiatives, and we’re especially excited to host the July Joint Meeting with Dallas ASCE. I encourage each of you to get involved, share your ideas, and connect with one another as we move forward.
I can’t wait to see what we accomplish together this year. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any suggestions or feedback – let’s make this year impactful and memorable, strengthening our Fort Worth ASCE community!
Best wishes,
Allison Stamper, EIT, CFM
