ASCE DFW Joint Branch Meeting

Join us for the 2026 ASCE DFW Joint Branch Meeting on Friday, July 10th at the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott Hotel. The meeting includes three technical sessions, luncheon with keynote speaker, and an ethics presentation. Attendees can register for just the technical sessions, luncheon with keynote presentation, or ethics presentation independently or purchase an all inclusive ticket.

Meeting Agenda

  • 8:30am - 9:00am Registration Table Opens

  • 9:00am - 12:00pm Concurrent Technical Sessions

  • 12:00pm - 1:30pm Keynote Luncheon

  • 1:30pm - 2:30pm Ethics Seminar

Registration Cost

  • All Inclusive Ticket: $110

  • Technical Sessions Only: $60

  • Keynote Presentation & Luncheon Only: $60

  • Ethics Presentation Only: $20

Everyone is encouraged to register and pay online before the meeting. There is a $10 discount for registering online before July 3rd, 2026. Online registration closes July 8th, 2026. Cancel prior to 11:59 PM on July 3rd, 2026, for a full refund. All online registration must be paid in full by July 8th. Walk-in registration on site the day of the event will incur an additional $20 charge. Cash, credit & checks will be accepted at the meeting for walk in registration.

Registration Policy:

In the event you must cancel all or part of your RSVP, you must contact Peter Caravano at pcaravano@bhbinc.com by the RSVP deadline date for each meeting.

Fort Worth Branch ASCE reserves the right to bill and hold responsible the RSVP contact for any "No-shows" in their party. Your submission of an RSVP for this event signifies your acceptance.
